Danikor Screw Feeding Tubes – Ensuring Reliable Screw Delivery

In most blow-feed screw-driving systems, the feed tube acts as the screw’s transport channel. If the tube is even slightly bent or deformed—especially when the screws are large—their tips can catch against the inner wall and jam. Conversely, small screws (low length-to-diameter ratio) tend to tumble inside an oversized or overly flexible tube, causing instability and raising maintenance costs. Tube wear also shortens service life. Therefore, tube quality is critical.

Feed-tube requirements are strict: the material must be hard-wearing, dimensionally stable, yet flexible enough to route through complex machine layouts. Danikor has spent years on R&D, coupled with high-end tube-forming equipment, to produce tubes that are matched to every screw size and reliably perform in all blow-feed conditions.

Key Advantages
• Gentle, jam-free screw transport
• Channel diameter precisely sized for each screw specification
• “Rigid inside, flexible outside” material composition for high abrasion resistance
• In-house production: every tube passes through 25+ process steps to guarantee dimensional accuracy and performance
• Standard transparent tube for visual monitoring and fast troubleshooting
• Optional grades for high-wear or anti-static applications
• Custom non-circular profiles developed for special screws or nuts

Danikor feeding tubes deliver a better user experience and reduce costly jam-related downtime.
