Danikor Flexible Feeding Solution — Putting an End to Random-Part Picking Headaches
System integrators and end-users often struggle to marry three disparate technologies in one cell: the feeder, the vision system, and the robot. Danikor eliminates that pain with an “all-in-one” package that combines flexible vibratory bowl, industrial camera, and robot arm into a single, pre-engineered solution.

Workflow (fully automated)
PC commands the hopper to load parts onto the vibratory tray.
Robot moves to the correct height → camera triggers → vision filters good parts and rejects overlaps.
Vision calculates pick coordinates; robot grips and places parts to the target fixture.
Robot vacates the tray → tray vibrates to re-randomize parts.
Cycle repeats until vision reports “low count”; PC requests fresh material.
Industries served
Automotive electronics, insert-moulding, 3C, jewellery, watches, bio-med, etc.
Key advantages
a) Danikor Vision Library built-in
• No extra vision software.
• One-click calibration.
• Optimised UI—fast learning curve.
b) One-click template generation
• Pure black/white silhouettes create templates automatically—no manual parameter tuning.
c) Flexible gripper & fixture settings
• Up to six suction nozzles per gripper.
• User-defined placement matrices (rows, columns, datum, X and Y references).
d) Product protection & low noise
• Gentle directional vibration replaces violent spiral tracks—no scratches, <70 dB.
Traditional systems use multiple fixed-track vibratory bowls, large frames, long change-over times, and still suffer jams and surface damage. Danikor’s flexible solution delivers high speed, high precision, gentle handling, and rapid product change-over—perfect for small-batch, high-mix manufacturing.
