Workflow (fully automated)

  1. PC commands the hopper to load parts onto the vibratory tray.

  2. Robot moves to the correct height → camera triggers → vision filters good parts and rejects overlaps.

  3. Vision calculates pick coordinates; robot grips and places parts to the target fixture.

  4. Robot vacates the tray → tray vibrates to re-randomize parts.

  5. Cycle repeats until vision reports “low count”; PC requests fresh material.
