Problem 1 – Feeder powers up but does nothing
• No mains supply → check external power source
• Faulty plug or switch → replace plug / switch
• Defective power adapter → swap adapter
• Damaged driver board → replace board

Problem 2 – Voice-coil motors run too slowly for required cycle time
• Incorrect parameters (frequency, voltage, phase) → correct settings in vision software
• Sticky film on tray surface → clean tray and re-test

Problem 3 – Voice-coil motors lose communication
• Loose communication cable → re-seat connectors
• Broken cable → replace cable
• Driver board failure → replace board

Problem 4 – Uneven motion or track pattern
• Wrong parameter set → re-adjust in software
• Fatigued leaf springs → install new springs
• Loose internal hardware → tighten and re-level unit
• Mounting surface not level → shim or re-level machine
• Motor not vibrating → inspect and secure motor wiring

Problem 5 – Back-light does not illuminate
• Loose LED cable → check and reconnect wiring
• Faulty LED PCB → replace PCB
