Step Feeder Mechanism Manufacturers Danikor is designed for feeding long bolts and screws.The Step Feeder Mechanism has four available models that meet various feeding needs, including screw air blowing type and pick-up type.The Step Feeder Mechanism has added richer extended functions, such as scanning code to open the cover, full material detection, special treatment of screw track with glue and oil, removal of abnormal screws such as flat and washer pads stuck in threads or missing rubber pads, air source pressure detection, level monitoring, three color lights, etc.

Low Screw jamming

► The Step Feeder Mechanism's structure has been upgraded and optimized to effectively reduce the risk of screw jamming. The jamming rate of standard screw is 50PPM, and the rate of screw with flat and washer is 200PPM；

► The Step Feeder Mechanism's vibration track, with its multi-faceted screening structure, avoids the crowding of multiple screws.

Clean

► No vibration source is not easy to generate debris, and the cleaning module dedusts again;

► Optional track cleaning.
